As a Build Instructor Assistant I assit a paid staff member in running a 4 hour long "build session". I assist volunteers in learning how to put together a working computer from the donated computers and troubleshoot issues as they arise. The Advanced Testing segment allows me to process incoming hardware such as CPUs and RAM; running the components through the designated testing regime to find the usable components in a field of donated parts.
